I laughed out loud watching this last night. Did not expect that.
I can’t believe he let that thing crawl on his face!! I can barely stand to grab them bare handed to throw them on the ground and squish them!! Where do they come from? Just when you think you will have tomatoes without the green worms, you wake up to devastated plants. Then you spend days tracking them down.
Did he ever find out what was wrong?
What a good laugh before bed – it reminds me years ago that it was my dog that found them. He was GROWLING at my tomato plants, and I thought “what the heck??!” but he’s always right, so I kept looking, looking, (clever little buggers) and there they were! They shocked me – huge, bright green, and that red horn! A beautiful bug, really. Such a shame, though…my chickens just loved them.
That’s a smart dog – a hornworm terrier, I assume? ;)
